Designed by Daniel Levy of DK Levy Architecture + Design in Knoxville, Northshore Senior Living is based on the idea of a resort for seniors. “Our inspiration was the Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, North Carolina, which is a really fabulous building,” says general manager Rick Dover. The complex, located on seven park-like acres off Northshore Drive, includes 68 suites and apartments available for both independent and assisted living, plus an additional dedicated wing for residents needing specialized care for memory loss.
